My experience
Mike, our lead innovator, is an experienced rapid prototype developer with a passion for transforming innovative ideas into reality. He holds an M.S. in Project Management from Western Governors University and is a graduate of Purdue University. With a background in computer science, electronics, and robotics, along with hands-on experience in process-based manufacturing and innovation lab leadership, he possesses a unique set of skills and a keen eye for detail—enabling him to craft cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of technology.

As a designer, I specialize in swiftly and efficiently translating concepts into tangible prototypes. From ideation to 3D modeling, and from iterative testing to final implementation, I am committed to delivering high-quality designs that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
My expertise in various prototyping techniques—including additive manufacturing, PCB printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting—allows me to select the most effective approach for each project. Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Altium, and Adobe Creative Suite, I ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
I take great pride in balancing creativity with practicality, understanding that a successful design must be both innovative and manufacturable. Clients can rely on me to provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
